Founder & Chairman

The Chairman of Augustus is Mr. Arthur J. Halleran, Jr., who was also the former Chairman and majority owner of First Winthrop Corporation, which at one time owned approximately 29 million square feet of commercial space and 55,000 apartment units across North America, including trophy assets in New York, Boston, Miami, Martha's Vineyard, and Nantucket.
